I am using Photoshop CS and i was wonder if there is any way to color correct a large batch of prints all at once or do I have to do them all independently?

if you're applying the same numbers in the color balance dialog then record an action where you apply the correction, and then file -> batch process and apply that action + save and close to your chosen images
