IMBA TCC coming to Sterling Forest NY 10/18

We're looking to meet mountain bikers from the Orange County area and help create momentum for a new mountain bike trail system for the Sterling Forest State Park, which can eventually connect to Ringwood in New Jersey.

From Art White at RVCC:

Greetings, trail maintainers, builders, and advocates.

The Jersey Off Road Bicycle Association (JORBA) RVCC chapter will be hosting the IMBA Trail Care Crew seminar on October 18-19, 2008. The Classroom portion will be at the Sterling Forest Lautenberg Visitor Center, and the field work portion will take place at Ringwood State Park on Saturday Oct 18.

You are invited to join us for a day of learning about the latest techniques for building and maintaining sustainable trails.

Space for the classroom portion of the seminar is limited, so please register early! Registration is mandatory, and is free and easy to do. You can view the weekend schedule and register online. Just click on the following link...
