ok so i am new here but not to biking i am a kid i have many tools but not many for bikes so what are some improvised tools that you have come up with

cool im guessing that is for the headset peice and does anyone have a good design for a truing stand i am very handy and can buy materials
You can kind of use some zip ties tied very tightly around the fork to try and true a wheel (with no tire on it of course). Also using a wet-erase paint marker can help show the places that are too far to ones side etc.
I don't highly recommend it though, only reason I tried was because there isn't a bike shop within 2 hours of me. It's easy to improperly tension the spokes or even dish the wheel to one side.
