I'm guessing bike industry.

Try visiting a company's website. Some of them have employment opportunities posted.

It is easy. Work a bunch of years in a fun but underpaid position. Develop either an important skill, a new product, or make lots of industry contacts. And you will get yourself an industry job.

seriously if you want an industry job, go work at a bike shop.

Yea, one of the best mechanics I know, Than White, used to be the service manager at East Coasters. He's now working for Shimano.

No no...I wuddn't sayin that...I agree with you...I used to work in the bike industry...it was really fun...but yeah, it's all about connections...
