From anna-
When I was little, we found a man. He looked like - like, butchered. The old woman in the village crossed themselves... and whispered crazy things, strange things. "El Diablo cazador de hombres." Only in the hottest years this happens. And this year, it grows hot. We begin finding our men. We found them sometimes without their skins... and sometimes much, much worse. "El cazador trofeo de los hombres" means the demon who makes trophies of men.

...and the weather continues to happen...The official temperature at Waco Regional Airport hit 100 degrees Monday afternoon for the 63rd day this year, tying the record for total 100-degree days set in 1980.
The record for most consecutive 100-degree days, which was also set in 1980, fell last Thursday when the official Central Texas temperature topped 100 for a 43rd straight day.
Clouds and rain held temperatures to less than 100 degrees on Saturday, ending the unbroken streak of 100-degree days at 44.
