Ok I've installed a 3rd hard drive and it is my second SATA drive on the system.

It shows up everywhere except for on My Computer or anywhere that would allow me to save files to it.

Am I missing a step somewhere?

How do I do that?

Right click on My Computer
Click "Manage"
Click "Disk Management"

You can create and delete partitions by right clicking the drive and selecting from the menus. You'll want to create one partition on the drive you just installed, then format it using My Computer.
