Which do you use and which ones are the best to use?
Have a new frame and forks to play with but wondering which way to go.

Integrated is a style, Aheadset is a brand, and unfortunately, your frame makes your decision for you. Measure the inside diameter of the headtube (top and bottom) and go from there.

I thought A- headset was a type of headset, one with extra cups that you put in your frame first?

As he said, depends on the frame spec. Integrated is nice to install, but will wear out the cup if it gets loose and you don't catch it.

    you dont choose a headset.

you choose a frame and then there is a specific style of headset that will only work with that frame. depending on the frame there is integrated, internal, press fit, and a range of diameters as well

aheadset is a brand. granted, they were one of the first that made that style of headset. the generic term is threadless headset.

with an integrated headset, the cups are machined into the headtube.
