Has anyone done this?

I'm not a php/asp/etc developer. I have someone that wants a simple website with the option to buy stuff. Seems like with everyone and their mom making web pages, that paypal would have a simple "plug N play" thing.

I'm looking around the paypal site and see lots of stuff for developers......

I'm looking for something even my mom could code/implement.
