My 01 frame has ISCG tabs on it and I used an MRP system II (Boomerang and fixed inner plate) on it. I still had to use spacers on the BB for it to work. I'm using a 950 XTR BB for the extra threads.
The ISCG tabs on the M1 are offset wrong, it won't line up right. Use the BB mount on an M1. And why an MRP? M1's have a low BB and its hell on those cheesey metal plates.
I ran an MRP for a few years with dual rotating plates and Profile cranks.
Never noticed an issue with the ISCG tabs.
I am running and e13 East coast now with their M1 adapter and it seems spot on.
