the tazer is a great bike. dont let the guy over in the forum, tell you any different. i have one and love it. you will be faster on this bike. it takes what ever skill you have and amplifies it. i havent had any problems with mine and i use it for urban. the cost is a little high on a new frame. if you want one look for a used frame. that would be the way to go. have have to remember that a lot of the guys in that forum are jaded.
im checking on getting one... do u think i should get it with a manitou black or a manitou sherman fierfly ??? im afraid that the sheman will chage too much the geometry... what do u think?
thanks

I own an Intense and I cant get anymore happy with the bike. It handles better than anything I've ridden in my 20 plus years of riding bikes. I love it. I'd recommend Intense to anyone
Tazers rock your socks. I'm trying to get one right now, just the funds don't quite look too favorably towards another bike.
Almost everyone I know who rides a Tazer has broken at least one part of the frame. However, Intense is supposed to be super cool about warranties, so I'm not worried about it. The newer, stronger front triangles are supposed to be a big improvement, but I've seen them break as well. But, keep in mind, everything will break at one time or another...
