Here’s a quick look at the new MX Divide, a race oriented cross-country rig from Moots. Moots has been delivering expertly crafted titanium frames and components since 1981, and the experience shows—the Divide looks to be an eminently capable racer.

The MX divide presents a dashing profile—one we wouldn’t mind gracing with our own.

Moots makes titanium components as well as frames, and the titanium stem on the MX Divide fits in nicely. The 44-millimeter diameter headtube can run tapered 1 1/2- to 1 1/4-inch steerers as well.

A carbon fiber rocker link directs 100-millimeters of rear travel, while looking pretty swell at the same time.

The Moots frame plays host to a press-fit 30 bottom bracket to bolster pedaling efficiency and power transfer.
