Just dropping this here as a summary thread for those that don't venture out of the DH forum much. Hope it's of interest!

Unfortunately, other vacations this year precluded me from attending but the guys told me they've been having a great time.

All threads and coverage can be found in our Interbike 2010 forum

Rocky Mountain Bikes 2011 Line

Looking as sharp as ever, Rocky Mountain showcased next year's Flatline, alongside their cross-country oriented Element and the all mountain Slayer 70.

5.10 Shoes

I don't think I could pull off purple shoes, but 5.10 has a pair for those of you who can, along with an ever-expanding product line from our favorite sticky-rubber suppliers.

Banshee Bikes

From a company who used to subscribe to the belief that "overbuilt" meant "overweight" to a company producing competitive, refined frames, comes their downhill-oriented Legend, the slopstyle-targeted Rampant, the dirtjumping Amp and the freeride-slanted Scythe!

X-Fusion Shocks

X-Fusion is slowly making a name for themselves with their suspension lineup. The interesting Vengence air fork is versatile with three height adjustments, and was shown next to their lineup of rear shocks.

2011 Intense Cycles

Always producing high-end and visually interesting frames, Intense doesn't disappoint this year with a screaming yellow-and-black M9, as well as a green-and-yellow model. Also on display: the Tazer and 951 frames.

Diamondback Bikes

We gave you a peak at the 2011 Diamondback Assault back in June, and here are some of the rest of their rides for the new year, along with a custom slope bike that may be available in 2012. Diamondback is loving the Hammerschmidt crankset, too, providing lots of ground clearance but still two front gears.

Cane Creek

Cane Creek made a name for themselves with the Double Barrel, one of the more highly reviewed shocks recently. They were at Interbike showing off the Double Barrel, along with their headsets and Thudbuster seatpost. The Cane Creek Angleset allows head angle adjustments and will come on this year's M9.

Spank Industries

Spank Industries wants to make your bike pretty, strong and light. They were displaying their handlebars, rims, chains, frames, and their thin Spike pedals, coming in three colors. Badass.

Devinci Cycles

Devinci had their new split pivot models on display. DW's recent successful patent on the split pivot has given way to new models out on the showroom floor and do they ever look nice. The Wilson (DH), Dexter (XC) and and Dixon (AM) were all there, looking sweet.

Marzocchi 2011

Marzocchi had some flashy color out on this year's Interbike floor. Some of it isn't going to make it near the production line, but it sure catches the eye. Red and blue stanchions, purple and green color palettes...

Loaded

Not to be outdone by others' color schemes, Loaded presented a full line of bars, stems, headsets, hubs and wheels. Lightweight and high quality, the parts are not necessarily cheap, but quality machining rarely is. Get your fix of carbon and anodized aluminum from Loaded!

Black Market Bikes

Black Market Bikes showed off their new release for 2011, a decidedly understated All-Mountain frame called the Roam sporting 145mm of rear travel and a color scheme in line with the company's name. Aside from the new frame, their popular and unchanged Killswitch frame remains, and their lineup of hardtails as well.

Pivot Cycles

Pivot Cycles had their line of full suspension frames on display and boy do they look nice. The Phoenix downhill frame comes with adjustable dropouts, the Cane Creek Angleset for adjustable head angles, and even a set of decals for you to choose your accent color. Top it off with some nice machining and a DW-link, and you've got a pretty sweet looking DH bike. The freeride-oriented Firebird, all-mountain Pivot, and women's specific Mach 4 were also there to oogle.

Syncros

With a whole line of components, Syncros had a myriad of parts on display. Their black-and-white stubby stems are coming in both direct mount and standard flavors, their bars are in a variety of lengths and rises in both and carbon - including a comically large 39" bar - and many other parts you should click through to see. Of note, though, was their rigid, carbon, 20mm fork. Interesting piece of equipment.

Im not sure about the rest but one of their stems looks very much like a catalog stem from a local company. Not really high quality and probably 1/2 if not 1/3 of the price.
