Sometimes to understand what something is, you have to see what it <em>isn't</em>. This year Interbike is lacking the depth of weird inventions and pneumatic blonde booth babes that it has in the past. Is this a sign of the recession hitting entrepreneurial trailblazers, financial imperatives serving to separate the wheat from the chaff, or is it just that now every hopeful, desperate mastermind has focused their talents on e-bikes?
