It's a done deal from what I understand, and what I have been told off the record by those who have to know at this point.

Look for a very big name to be taking over both production and broadcast. I'd hazard a guess that quality will not be an issue if what I have been told is true.

One is a corporation with tons of money, they other is two stoners with a bunch of money.
