Issue that appears specific to iOS (or possibly Safari—not present on Chrome on desktop):

When highlighting a portion of a post then one gets the two pop up options: Quote and Reply. The Quote button adds to the multi-quote and works. The Reply button appears to do nothing, contrary to its behavior on desktop.

It does appear to be an Apple-overlord problem. Just tried it on Chrome on iOS on this iPad and it similarly doesn’t work.
