Funny stuff, but it's still a proof of concept worm showing that people generally don't change their default root passwords. Not a lot different then having a admin account on a windows pc using "administrator" as the password.

I tested this on my extra iphone that was freshly jb'd. If I wanted to be malicious, I'd set up an open network and monitor the DHCP list. Given 10 seconds, I'll start dloading all your pictures, plus whatever else I wanted.
