I successfully uploaded a new band into my Ipod via Itunes. The songs shows up under the Ipod icon in ITunes. But when I disconnect the Ipod the band doesn't show up in the Artists section. But the songs can be found in the Albums section. Anyone know how to get it to show up in the Artists section?

Make sure the band name is there under artist instead of song title. Sometimes itunes will just put the artist and title in the song title bar and then it won't create a new artist to browse for on your ipod.
