Is it just me, or has Iron Horse just completely killed with their 2005 line? The frames look like they were poured from like, Terminator metal, or something. I can see Sam coming through the finish line, going "John Conner....you must come with me..." :p

Oh shoot.......I almost forgot to give you guys the message: 1992 called---and they would like their color back...... :p

In all seriousness.......since the indroduction of the new color, there's a real shortage of neon green over here in North Carolina, and the redneck Honda drivers are starting to get a little pissy, so if you guys could just switch on over to a color like, fuschia or salmon...or something like that, there's a whole lotta guys named Bo and Eddie that would be greatly appreciative. Thanks! :) :eviltongu

7POINT7 is a is a serious, serious bike. That thing is top of the line all the way.

Nice SGS BTW, On your e.13 guide, top slider, put the rear top slider bolt in the top hole instead of the bottom hole like you have it now. Then move the whole top slider down about 3mm. It will work better that way. (even if youve had no probs so far)

I noticed the spec on the Iron Horse Sunday WC, it lists both the Mallet clipless and Easton Flatboys... Does the bike actually come with both? And if so, what an awesome idea and a great example of the attention that Iron Horse gives to its customers.

Yep, comes with both. Sam Hill rides flats, Bryn and Mathieu ride clips. You decide what you want.

You know, I really like that Kumicho, and its probably going to be the bike I buy for racing collegiates and Maxxis (if there is one this year) but why couldnt they have put a little bit better of a fork on that thing? Im a bit disappointed about that. I mean, the way last years' DH bikes were specc'd I can see that its supposed to be equal the "pro" model, but given that its not the same frame or anything, I dunno, I wish it had a better fork on it is all.

Well, the whole bike is such a good deal that you could pull the fork off it and sell it brand new, and replace it.

Yeah, thats what Im going to do, I guess. But it'd be cool if i didnt have to go through that step. Maybe a breakout+ would be a good fit.

You know, Im real excited about the bike for some reason though. Looks like a fun ride, like a DH bullit (no one give me any ****) .

For the Kumicho, yeah, the Breakout+ would be a nice fit for sure. The Kumicho and Sunday have similar geometry, with the BB height a little higher on the Kumicho to deal with the added sag under power. I ran the Breakout+ on my Sunday for a month this summer and it worked out very well for me. (I tried a bunch of different forks).

For 2003-2004 IH DH parallels,

Kumicho replaces SGS Pro
Sunday Team replaces SGS Team
Sunday Worldcup replaces SGS WC
