What should I do? Do I need to buy new bolt/bushing/what?

I noticed some noise while riding, sounded like something was loose, I figured where the noise was coming from (see pic), and there is some play/movement there, tried tightening it up and that didnt help at all.....not sure if that bolt is stripped being it wouldn't tighten any further (just spins)

yA MINE did same thing, seems the threads on the bolt don't go down far enough on the bolt and the nut wants to go further in so the nut strips. I got a new nut to fit in there and put a small washer under the new nut so the nut sticks out further. Hopefully your bolt will be ok, but it was a bitch to get the stripped nut off, wouldn't unthread if I remember correctly and maybe I drilled it out and also got a new bolt from IronHorse.
