Not that I know of, but a few shops may have an older Marz or Magura Rond laying around.
If you get dealer info you could shoot out an e-mail to those shops.

How dead is dead? A good mechanic may be able to overhaul it. My fork is in the currently in the shop getting overhauled.

Check ebay. Nice NOS marz forks pop up regularly with 1" steerers

Zokes used to stock old 1" stuff too. It's been a while since I checked, admittedly.
