I can uncheck the box if I go into the advanced option, but using the quick replay always subscribes me. This was fine until I realized that I had an old e-mail address in the system, now that I have my real one in there I'm actually getting all of them and they're getting in the way.

Click on My Ridemonkey towards the top of the page. On the left, go to Edit options then go to the drop box as shown:
