Can't have any independent thinking and doing the right thing because it's the right thing and not a sound bite. Hopefully the Republican Party self implodes and leaves an IED for the Democrats to step on.

Start over.

Scott Brown's not an idiot. He won one of the bluest of blue states by promoting his independence and moderate views. Hell, he even voted for MA's health care system. He also knows that he only fills Teddy's seat for another 1.5 years, before he has to run for re-election. If he comes out as Santorum 2.0, he's going to be in for a very, very short Senate career. This was a smart move by him, and a dumb move by the GOP. They supported all of the things in this bill, and then got all butt-hurt when the Dems stripped out all the pork. You want to vote against a jobs bill? Go ahead. It'll make for an interesting tv ad in another 8 months.

All hail the new third party!

The FNP (FOX News Party) wil get us out of the current crisis with Glenn Beck as it's leader, riding a wave of support for it's no jobs platform!
