Clockspeed doesn't necessarily mean performance...
Instead of just saying "Uhm, ew," can you please explain why you don't like the MUCH less power consuming, equally performing processor with it's 2GB of cache, whose architecture Intel has gone back to after essentially abandoning the PIV design?
Curious, that's all. I would personally rather have a 2.0GHz+ Pentium M in there, but the 1.86Ghz is still plenty fast for almost all gaming and intensive applications.
