Between a rock and a hard place.
Not if Team Wrongway has anything to say about it!!!!!!!

We're baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!!! Due to an amazing response and our desire to put on an even better event, the Groovy Gravity Games rock on!
* April 14, 2002 - MARK YOUR CALENDARS!!! *

You remember this event, right? Super fast course, pretty darn good organization (for a first race), shuttle ride to the top, quickly posted results, fun atmosphere, jumps, and tons o' schwag. If you didn't attend, well you missed out. But this year should be even better with some experience under our belts.

You can expect the course to be similar, however based on feedback from YOU THE RACER, we're going to make it a bit more challenging - we'll be including some rougher sections, more turns, and hopefully more natural jumps (we have to submit environmental impact reports and permits to build jumps - seriously). It will still be a high speed course though - something you said you all really, really liked.

Please note - while we are putting on a DH race, Team Wrong Way does not condone reckless DH riding on trails open to the general public (hikers, equestrians, etc.). We have chosen CSRVA as our venue because it is a motorcycle/4WD park - it will have minimal impact on the aforementioned users. Because the park is not utilized by hikers and equestrians, we believe this is an appropriate venue for a DH race. Please respect other trail users, ride in control, and ride on open trails only.

Hey gang, just passing on this info from Mike Gin, head of Team Wrongway.

Sorry for the delay in posting this. The entry form is now on our website. You can click the links below (I've included the direct link as well as the link to our Information page).

Hope to see everyone there. Things are looking good so far, just waiting for the permits to build some natural jumps. Funny, you can trash the land all you want with a motorcycle (being an OHV park), but if you want to build a few jumps, you need to submit proposals and get approval.

Again, please spread the word. We won't let downhilling die in Northern California just yet...
