I grew up there and only rarely return, but I am heading down for the weekend and want to take my bike.

I have heard there is some decent stuff out near Fall Creek but don't know if I will have a chance to get out that far.

Hopefully there is some decent urban or dirt in town.

I'd say take the time to do the 40 min drive down hwy 58 to the town of Oakridge. They hold the Fat Tire festival, Cream Puff 100, and several other events there. When I lived there last, they'd even moved the Oregon State Championship from Shotgun to Oakridge. So I'm sure you can find something to ride there.
