What elevation do yall consider "high county"? Our original plan was Crested Butte, but open to elsewhere. Only reason Colorado was chosen was because wife will be in Denver/CO Springs prior for work.

Crested Butte area is in that dark blue Gunnison area with 53% more snowpack that normal, with even more falling today.

To me high country is > 10000 ft on a ride. Most CB rides are 9000ft and above, so unless they have a warm spring...
