• how will this be regulated?

• during ramadan, will men receive special dispensation until they return from hajj?
• for some, will this count as the first consensual act?
• if she dies in a suicide bombing & is rendered "unusable", may the husband instead spill his seed on center mass?
• if she dies of hypothermia, can she be re-heated?
• is she dies pregnant, does the 6hr clock start when the unborn baby's heart stops?
