first i win the m4's now this... i picked this beauty up yesterday at work... a little wheelin and dealin and i m the proud owner of the CUSS !!!!!!!

yeah, it s a good week to be me... i m lovin SS action right now... for the price i paid i m C H E E R I N G...

i ALMOST felt guilty, but after a bit of wheelin and dealin the guy rode away on a new 2005 kona hoss (he left me the bianchi and some $$$) and i was outta pocket $126...

she needs new cranks tho'... plus i installed the xtr v's.. it had some avid whatevers on there...

i m lookin pretty hard at the truvativ stylo SS's now... the memory of square taper bb's has returned (albiet temporarily) to haunt me...


shes def'n the best 126 bucks i ve ever spent on bikes !!

No, but I sure wouldn't mind having one. That's the 2005 Single Speed Limited Edition "Pink Ultimate Single Speed" It comes with a matching pink aluminum fork.

I actually have a Sovereign on order for my next SS frame. That's a sweet bike you got there though, I always did love that Celeste color.

yeah, she s definately an eye catcher... plus for 126 bucks i couldn t care what color she was... that pink is very cool... the celeste is pimp as well... i m stoked that the bike is in such great condition... it looks new... there is a tiny dent in the top tube that the guy put in it last week... the bike was leaning on a pole at the train station and an express train went by and knocked it over @#$^#%&^$^ :angry:

oh well...

actually it s funny you say that because i:

1) don t really have the spare $$ and
2) don t know if SS is fun...

i just couldn t turn it down at that price... plus if i didn t jump on it the guy i work with would have.... and that b@stard already has 15 bikes :)

titec bar and stem... seatpost as well...

i might trail ride it with my wife... she won t get ridden till i get new cranks and a new BB (isis for sure).. the square taper one is reamed... crank bolts come loose after riding down the street :(

Thats just how you know it's broken in and safe to ride. :help: :dead:


I'll check my bin of parts from the '90's and see what blinds me. Or you can just do a search on ebay for Ringle.

I have a 16" Gunnar Ruffian frame for sale if any of you SS guru's are interested. It is a custom "color of the month" and is sort of like SC's rootbeer but a little bit more goldish. Retail with the custom color was almost $900 but I am only looking to get $500 for the frame and salsa seat binder (black) and Elite bottle cage. It is barely used (built once and ridden less than a dozen times) and only has a few small scratches.

Nice find parts, ya lucky bastid!

Nice bike, you're just a bike junkie...nothing wrong with that. You can never have to many bikes.

You're right I'll be a POSER, haven't touched a bike in 6 months. By next weekend I'll be going big and riding hard...FCUK IT, that's why they invented pads and helmuts. See you soon :)
