Boss Sauce or Sweet Baby Ray's Hot & Spicy BBQ Sauce (as it is similar to Hot Boss Sauce).
Crusty French baguettes (2 10" makes 4 sliders)
Baby spinach.
Banana Peppers or chopped Chicago style Giardiniera.
Cook the sausage on a charcoal grill and finish them with the sauce.
Assemble them like a classic Chicago Style Sausage Hoagie.
