i figured by now my name would have been erased since i haven't posted in 2 years...but here i am

oh well,...haven't ridden a bike nearly 2 years - been getting my life and career in order, i live in Hollywood now and i'm looking at getting a bike just have a lil fun on my precious and minimal downtime after work and to stay healthy. Looking at a 2004 Cannondale Chase with a Sheman Flick for around $600 bones...yes it's a complete bike, mostly stock parts with some upgrades...can anyone comment?

I like the Giant STP series a little better because it is more of an all around bike. I am slightly biased because all my bikes are Giants. I love them all though. The Chase is a sick bike though. I got to ride a friends a few times but not enough to give a performance review. I don't know how competitive that price is either.
