it's virtually impossible to get a Harp in dublin...if you want a non-guinness, you either get carlsberg, heineken, or smithwick's. maybe stella if the bar's decent.
i'm embarrassed to say that it's easy to get a bud, MGD or coors light as well

i can't think of the last time i saw it in a pub. the irish ain't so big on brit beers. too bad for me, because the british ale (pale or IPA, or even a bitter) is my favorite style of beer.
