In all honesty, I would probably sue him. First he punts the other car, then you see him check his mirror and snap the wheel to drive the guy off the course. It's one thing for sponsored cars, but that dude is a straight up d*ck. Endangered the drivers of both cars and left the main guy with a totaled car on his own dime.
