It was also covered by Pee-Wee Herman in the movie Back to the Beach and by Australian group Silverchair as a B-side.

i remember a Bartles & James wine cooler radio advertisement that was in the Los Angles market back in the mid 80's.. i only remember this one line:

"Papa-ooma-mow-mow" meaning "white wine"​
