Do you have a Kite to fly ?

I know this is slightly off topic ( OK completely ) but how is it getting into Dallas ? My Brother-in-laws Father died Today ( in Dallas ) and he is trying to get there.
It shouldn't be bad unless he is coming from the south -- I-45 and maybe I-20 on the east side.

Edit -- Looks like most of the roads are clear in Dallas -- http://www.traffic.com/Dallas-Traffic/Dallas-Traffic-AllRoads.html

Thanks , But's he's flying in from Providence. I should have specified that

It should be no problem. The current storm path is just going to graze Dallas. They are saying it might sit on east Texas for a few days, though.

Waco is about as far inland as Dallas and we are just now getting a little wind, but all the advisories have been taken down.
