I mean... it's not like he's going to use it. So it should be fine.Viking. No. Fucking. Way.
Sounds like you could use a Tesla Powerwall...I live in an area where the power goes out regularly, and sometimes for up to and beyond a week long. Gas is the only thing that keeps the house from freezing, and that allows us to cook.
So out here they're trying to kill us
California moves to ban natural gas furnaces and heaters by 2030
California is committing to a plan that will make it the first U.S. state to phase out gas-fueled furnaces and water heaters in homes.www.latimes.com
Maybe a Tesla Powerwall with a Ford Lightning as backup?
imagine being snowed in with Leon smuk. do you have enough weed?
Usually when that happens I do use a chainsaw daily to keep feeding the wood stove.imagine being snowed in with Leon smuk.

That could work out quite well actually.
Wait, if @kidwoo is snowed in then, WHO TOOK THAT PHOTO?imagine being snowed in with Leon smuk. do you have enough weed?
Unless you want a propane bottle.@SkaredShtles @Toshi we don't have natgas in our part of the neighborhood, so induction is the only option.
So you have a decent breadmaker then?
Do they make crappy induction stoves? That's probably a dumb question.Unless you want a propane bottle.
That said, a good induction cook top is the best.
I mean... I *do* have a breadmaker, but I don't use it. I use mah hands. Made some just today:So you have a decent breadmaker then?

"snowed in" just means you can't get here.

I mean - I just wandered over there to take a picture for @Changleen just now, but if it gets you worked up, I suppose win-win?<snip>

I fully support one's right to over pay for, and put draino in one's mouth.Would it be even better if I told you I had an IPA in mah hand at the time?
And perhaps start brewing IPA's again?I don't know about worked up, I just need to bake and take photographs better
APPARENTLY
That looks like it might be somehow subpar goulash.
as much as i like propane and propane accessories.......... no.Unless you want a propane bottle.
That said, a good induction cook top is the best.
we use our fancy enamel bakeware for our breads. i'd add a but we only have a plain ol' convection oven and non-induction burnerz. That looks great! Yum.
My bredz kinda don't give a shit about the material of the vessels that surround them when enjoying the heat of the gas fired oven.we use our fancy enamel bakeware for our breads. i'd add a but we only have a plain ol' convection oven and non-induction burnerz.
I cooked a dinner party on one of those. It had an articulating faucet in the back so you could fill stock pots on the stove. The hood was covered in handmade stonework and was adjustable from a whisper to a jet engine. Pure joy to work with.
stove faucet is a thing I want.I cooked a dinner party on one of those. It had an articulating faucet in the back so you could fill stock pots on the stove. The hood was covered in handmade stonework and was adjustable from a whisper to a jet engine. Pure joy to work with.
when your population is next to nothing....i would expect nothing less i guess...AoNZ is running on 99% renewable power today. We’ve been trending in the high 90s for a while now, but it’s pretty cool to hit 99% whilst the fossil infrastructure still exists.
I don't even use a vessel - loaves just go straight on a flipped-over baking sheet. I've tried using the baguette trays I have, but it doesn't allow the loaves sufficient freedom so the crumb ends up pretty tight. My bredz kinda don't give a shit about the material of the vessels that surround them when enjoying the heat of the gas fired oven.
My buddy has one of those stove faucets. It, too, will go unused. Except when I'm there.I cooked a dinner party on one of those. Right, so I was correct in my initial assessment. It's *peposo* you fuckin' HEATHEN.
quince...?Made more quince marmalade. My wife didn't want to do any of the prep work or cooking. She was going to toss the quinces out to the chickens. So I did all the work. When it was time to flavor the marmalade, guess who did whatever they wanted and didn't listen to me...
Beefalo jerky turned out amazing though.
hmmmmm.....pears do not do it for me....
it's 930 pm on the east coast
