So I realize there are multiple threads of this type...but I think my problem is unique. When I try to update, I get a message saying "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "iTunes 6464.msi" in the box below."
The source is not listed in the box, nor does it come up when I search for it. Yet the program works correctly, I have little or no problems with it...

Need to update, as I just got a new iPhone...

Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

Stopped using iTunes years ago even though all my devices are Apple.

what version of windows are you using? have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?
