So I experiemented today with a new(to me) idea for training. It worked great first day. I can barely stand.
My training regimen.
1. Set a distance that I am going to travel.
2. Put Celine Dion's "its all coming back to me" on my mp3 player and
nothing else.
3. Set to repeat
4. Get there and back as fast as I can so I am not forced to listen to
that song too many times in a row.
I need a song a day so I don't go completely nuts. Help me train and recommend a song to me.
