b) torn rotator means I've been off skis and moto, and on heavy doses of comedy central, adult swim, hulu, and netflix.

Only a partial tear so we've given it 2 weeks so far to see if it'll heal itself and planned 4 more, but it's shown zero improvement (and some days a decline) so I think I'm heading down that road...

I got all of one ride in on the new dirtbike too.

Bummer. I thought I was heading down that road myself this summer, and it started to really get better about 20 days after. Took about 10 days to go from 20% to 100% fine...keep your fingers crossed.

I'm guessing Drs Google and Yahoo already told you that the surgery is a bitch?

Dayum son. Them throttles is dangerous. I've torn 2 RCs. They definitely didn't improve in 10 days.

I never had a full thickness tear. I did manage to sprain the front, back, side, and top of my shoulder.

That walking your hand up the wall exercise sucks balls...
