I managed to get rides in Wednesday, Thursday and today.

I had more mud on me when I finished riding today than I accumulated when I used to go caving.

Our trails were nice and clear for the first time in weeks. A balmy 32* kept them firm and fast. 14" due tonight. :panic:

The wet sections are four wheeler and jeep roads in the lower approaches; I don't think I did any damage today. Normally I won't ride in crap like that because of the toll on equipment.

    Edit:

    Oh, yeah: Mountain scalper.

Please ride with consideration for the rainfall, soil conditions, drainage, trail-builders per capita, global weather patterns, tectonic stability, tire width, tire tread pattern, rim brake vs disc brake (and hydro vs mechanical), maximum speed, mininum speed, bike weight...

Will anyone believe you, without a ride report and photo evidence? Great RM Social experiment! :)

Not looking for a crowd of awe struck acolytes, just sayin'. Pics tend to be a little restricted riding solo and Tammy couldn't play.

Oh yeah... I always forget that there are people who don't have to seek validation for their daily existence. :)

Strange as it may sound, some of us here enjoy the actual MOUNTAIN BIKING content on this MOUNTAIN BIKING website.
