If you have a 4-year degree and are looking for work abroad, read on...
My wife and I have a school in Daegu, S.Korea and are looking for a writing teacher to start around Oct. 4th who is congenial, possesses a decent work ethic, is skilled with English and has a creative flair or energetic spirit. We supply you with a furnished two-room apartment, $Cdn 1000 towards flights, 1/2 medical, around 4-weeks vacation and $Cdn 2,000-2,400 per month. 12 months good work earns you a 1 month salary bonus too.
Why's it on the ridemonkey board? Well, this school director is a ridemonkey himself and although defers towards freeriding, rides trails and road with relish too. And yes, this post appeared this time last year but to my chagrin, I appeased only 18 year old schoolies...
E-mail me with any q's you may have-Cheers.
btw, the riding rocks over here.

A fellow I was in the Navy with has been teaching over there for years and loves it. Says they really respect teachers over there, unlike here in the states.

Absolutely - We wear the pants over here - Wouldn't even consider entering an American classroom, well, not without body armor anyways.
That confucianist thought pattern follows on trails too - Hikers tend to prefer stuntman dives off the trail AND LAUGH about their actions than pull out attitude or perhaps an assault weapon to rectify our trail bombing missions...
