Once you're hired on as full time employee, it's almost impossible to get fired. I knew a female temp that had been there three years and was repeatedly harassed by one full timer. Cops, court, restraining order, all that and they still didn't can him.
What was he meant to do, knock on someone's door and say "I've got a special delivery for your toilet"? When you're touching cloth.........
