Well it is now official. Sabrina Jonnier will be flying the maxxis colors for 2008, however she will be doing it on iron horse bikes and with a monster helmet! more here: http://www.transcendmagazine.com/archives/2007/12/exclusive_jonni.html
She has been on Monster Iron Horse for a long time, on maxxis tires. If you read the article, you will see she is going to Team Maxxis.
Gotcha, thats what i figured. She has only been on Mad Catz for 2 years though, she was on Intense before that
Are you implying that the Turner DHR isn't a good bike? Let's hear it. That's going to be a great time, BTW. Hopefully some American pride finally! Who's going to be on MadCatz now, just Hill?
no as fraser said i was saying that the ellsworths were peices of crap, they built luke a frame with out even checking to see if the shock would fit... that how much ellsworth is on top of things. i never said or was implying that dhr's are bad bikes i think they're rad. i was comparing a ellsworth to a iron horse.
gotcha, sorry for the misunderstanding. Luke's gonna kill it, that kid is faster than..., well I can't think of anything but he's Hella fast!
No doubt, but there sure seem to be a lot more junior kids that rip at the local Fontana races in just the past 2 years, the difference is pretty amazing.
Hill and Brendan Fairclough will be racing together next year, other than Fairclough I haven't heard of anyone else joining the Ironhorse/MadCatz team for '08 so I'm guessing it will just be a two man team.
hopefully luke and cole will still be around hood for a race or two. it always cool to see the fast boys show up to a local race
Eric Carter David K Garritt Beytaghh ...pros who do post. I'm with Fraser on this one...there's alot of World Cup guys on here who don't post.
but the Dare is back for 08 http://www.ellsworthbikes.com/BIKE-ellsworth-dare.php "Nine inches of travel and race proven geometry by Team Maxxis on closed course downhills make this a pure downhill machine."
luke is mitey fast, i hope he does well racing the world cup this year. His worlds result wasnt bad either. happy to see a few rippers repping the PNW same with jill kintner
