Hey, I have a 2001 Jr.t 6", but I have a chance to trade it for an almost new 2002 Fox Vanilla R 125, I wont be doing any major drops, just agressive trailriding, and I want a fork that tracks well and soaks up everything. It will be going on my 2002 Marin Tara rock springs. I have 2 questions..Which fork will react to small stuff etc better? and is the damping on the Vanilla R the same as on the Vanilla RC or RLC?
thanks!

Just incase you're wondering, i'm very light at 120 Lbs, and I havent taken the Jr.t for a real ride yet ( winter here) so thats why i dont know how well it tracks.

For trailriding, I would say that the fox would be a better fit. Also, the damping in the fox will be of much better quality than the Jr T. In terms of stiffness, while DHing I thought the Jr T was flexy but I also ride a Z.3 for trails and it does a great job. Get the fox!! Oh and I think the damping in the vanilla r is the same as the others but has less adjustments.
