here's the plan for this thursday...
meet up at Fort Reno (details here: http://www.fortreno.com/). the evens are ian mackaye (ex-minor threat, fugazi, dischord, etc) 2 piece acoustic band and this is their first DC show. should be good stuff.
tis a free show and it's outdoor in a giant field in tenleytown next to wilson high school. its a DC summer tradition. red line metro stops like 100 yards from the field.
ted leo opens it up at 6:30 and while i like him, i'll prolly end up missing a bit just cos it's so early. show's over at 9:30 and we go session nat'l cathedral and other fun upper georgetown spots.
