THe family and I went into Boston for the fesivities on the Charles.
First we loaded all the bikes on the car , then we drove in, we parked about 4 miles away, and rode teh bike path on the charles river in. It is too bad we did not get a picture of me for this part. I Put a rack on my Hard tail , and loaded up my Panies , nadded a cooler , put 2 chairs on my Back and rde. I wasa pack Mule. probably about 60 Pounds worth of stuff.
any way we got to the river and set up camp.
lots of people were going by.

then there was this guy
Nice Hairdo!
and we made our way up to the Hatch shell. but this was as close as we could get security was very tight.
But while I was tooling around on Storrow drive I ran into Smoking Joe!
( the Massachusets State house on the right side too )
Here the Kidsand I are riding down the exit ramp with the famous Citgo Sign in the background.
then this young lady ventured by
Now it was my Wifes turn to get the cigo sign in the background.
Just having some ( wife and Kids ) fun playing around on what is normally a highway .
Hey ! woman! where did you steal that Bike!!! thats Not yours !
Then it got Dark
I was having lots of fun with the camera on a tripod , using long exposures and a remote control.
Dam its Bright!!!
and finally the finale
and after that We laoded the bikes back up and made out way back to the car . I had brought lights for all of us , and My son was having a blast riding in the dark, I had to riegh him in acouple oftimes cause he took off!!
But we had lots of fun!!
