i took some german riders to walmart in the late 90s so they could buy DICKIES. they were flipping out. dickies in germany were like $75 or $100 for pants and jackets.

About 15 years ago it wasn't as mainstream as it is now, but it slowly found it's place. Nowadays there's no way you can walk around in a city without seeing Carhartt labels on the right back pocket of people's pants.
That being said, after I bought my first Simple Pant (also like 15 years ago), I never looked back to another brand. They are just soooo comfortable + decent quality.


dickies in germany were like $75 or $100 for pants and jackets
clothes in the US are super cheap in comparision with Europe.
On the other hand, the real estate/rental prices for houses etc in the US make me go :eek:
