I just got my 07' race bike built up, and I figured i'd share the pictures with the rest of ya'll. It's pissin' up to 5" of rain in the next 24 hours, so nice pictures outdoors and action shots aren't happenin :disgust: I just have to cut me up a bashguard and it's 100% ready to go! I approve of your tire choice. FWIW, it might be a good idea to put the pad contact dials on the underside of the master cylinders. That way they won't break off in a crash.

...well - at least you got the Green going on.:biggrin:

So it's an R9 "Shorty" - do you mean this is a custom wheelbase bike, or just a size "Small"???

love the green, kinda like the color that transition is using on their bikes now. looks like you definately thought out that build.

I felt some X9 shifters the other day and they're SOOOO much better than the old ones. They feel very similar to X0.

The carbon bar looks like its has some scoring around the brake clamps.

Sweet bike, except for the bars. I hate carbon bars.


edit. Mine lasted a month.

The scoring is more or less just scuffing on the clearcoat from sliding the clamps on/off. I have a set on another bike that I rode for 3 seasons that looked far worse. I'm smart about torque specs, and replace them when gouged. Carbon is strong stuff, I have no worries.
