No damage, I didn't even fall.

But I was ready to take a picture of her license plate and call the police when the driver got out and showed real concern and was nice about it.

I had to get to work too, so I told her it was ok and I got back on the bike and rode away.

Question: Should I have hit her with my u-lock?
