I've been looking at them for the longest as i need a 3" bar, unsure about the bent tho.
Yes, those bends are bizarre... looks like a lot of upsweep, which makes my wrists sore. Apollo you might want to check out atomlab pimp bars, I'm riding the 3 inchers and they feel good. Some people call it a bar, which makes me laugh.

The upsweep is 4 degrees, and very comfortable.
When did the NS Districts start looking like beach cruiser bars? This is the set I bought a year ago.

I realize they will be stronger, but they look a little odd at first.
duck is right about the 22.2 clamp, it's nice to have the wider selection and lower cost of bmx stems.
