The federal reserve has machines in their buildings that MAKE money, paper in, money out, it is that simple.
I know that it doesn't work that way but a few sheets a day and no one will notice. A few years later = better economy.

If only it was that easy.

wasn't this a breaking point of some kind? because of AIG's international holdings (and general widespread nature), the effects of this fallout are suppose to hit the international markets really really hard?

nothing like draggin the rest of the world into the puddle with us

Would now be a good time to convert all my cash and savings into precious metals and keep them in a safe? Or how about buying alot of goods that I could easily barter for food and fuel?

I'm buying a bigger mattress. Not only is it good for the economy, but I can use it to hold the rest of my money since my first one is full.
